Realtor Diane Stem returns to Crye-Leike, REALTORS as a Sales Associate in the Company?s Lebanon, Tennessee Branch Office
LEBANON, TN., – Crye-Leike, REALTORS is pleased to welcome back to the company experienced Realtor Diane Stem. She is a licensed agent in Tennessee assisting buyers and sellers in and around Wilson, Davidson and Smith counties. She is based out of Crye-leike Lebanon Tennessee branch office located at 1432 W Main Street.
“I began my real estate career with Crye-Leike and changed to another agency for a while,” said Diane. “I’m thrilled to once again by affiliated with Crye-Leike. After meeting Managing Broker Larry Hubbard at the Lebanon office I was elated to discover the amazing new offerings for agents and the incredible marketing advantages afforded to me and my clients.”
In today’s market Diane believes the marketing advantages offered by Crye-leike are a must for her to help her clients successfully buy, sell and negotiate their real estate transactions. Diane’s brother Wes Stone is also a Realtor in the Crye-leike Lebanon office – so she says it’s nice to be working along side him as well.

Diane. “I realize that people I work with put their trust in me and I don’t take that lightly. Integrity, honesty and character are a high priority for me – not only in my profession but also in my life and you can’t separate the two.”
Since 2003 Diane has been assisting buyers and sellers in all types of residential real estate transactions. She is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Internet Realtor Professional e-PRO, member of the Eastern Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors (EMTAR), Tennessee Association of Realtor (TAR) and National Association of Realtors (NAR). From 2004 to 2007 Diane was an EMTAR Award of Excellence Recipient.
“My goal is for every person to walk away from the closing table with a smile on their face and knowing their agent was on their side,” said Diane. “I especially like working with first-time homebuyers and the joy on their face when I hand them over the key to their first new house. It doesn’t get any better than that. But I’ll have to say one of the greatest compliments I can receive is to be referred by a past client to a family member or friend. When I receive that call? it’s a great day in real estate.”
Prior to her career in real estate, Diane was employed by LifeWay Christian Resources in Nashville. She retired in 2003 as a Division Staff Specialist for the Vice President of the LifeWay Church Resources Division.
“I worked in various roles during my 23 year tenure with LifeWay – one of the largest publishers of religious materials in the world,” said Diane. “When I retired I looked for a career where I could utilize my people and communications skills and being very detailed oriented I decided real estate would be a great fit for me. I feel that my past work experience definitely prepared me for the often challenging and rewarding opportunities I have experienced in this profession. I definitely made the right decision.”
For her work and involvement with Inhalant Abuse Awareness and Prevention, Diane was recognized with the “Good Neighbor Award” from TAR and the “Making a Difference Award” from EMTAR and in 2005 United Parcel Service (UPS) presented her with a “Leadership Award.” She lives in Old Hickory, Tennessee with her husband of 36 years; Ricky Stem Sr. Their two children include Ricky Jr. and Stephanie, Son-in-Law, Jeff, and three grand children Austin (13), Ryan (8) and Gracie Diane (3).
When she’s not working with clients Diane enjoys her involvement and activities as a member of Friendship Community Church in Mt. Juliet. She also finds personal enjoyment in a small Bible study groups, various Servant Evangelism Projects, spending time with her grandkids, family and friends and playing golf.
