Crye-Leike, REALTORS Welcomes 2nd Generation Real Estate Professional

CHATTANOOGA, TN., – Crye-Leike, REALTORS is pleased to welcome 2nd Generation Real Estate professional Dominique D. Batson to the company’s downtown Chattanooga, Tennessee branch office located at 1201 Market Street. The Nashville Native is a licensed Realtor in Tennessee currently assisting buyers and sellers in and around Hamilton, Marion and Bradley counties.

“My mother Valencia B. Batson is a Principal Broker in Nashville and she instilled in me the value of people and what they have to contribute,” said Dominique.  “It can be said that everyone crosses your path for a reason whether good, bad or indifferent.  Through her tutelage I leaned to strive for excellence and it is my desire to impact the lives of hundreds of home buyers and sellers as they reach for their highest goals.”

Dominique is an active member of the Chattanooga Association of Realtors (CAR) and specializes in many types of residential real estate sales with a focus on first-time homebuyers, and investment properties.  Eventually he plans to branch-off into new home construction.

“I am a part of the Crye-Leike family because they represent the excellence that I’ve adopted as my motto for success,” said Dominique.  “It is important to align yourself not just with a good company but good people as well.  I embrace learning and growth and I feel that Crye-Leike will afford me the opportunity to do both.  Opportunity comes and you must be ready for it.”

Dominique is pursuing a primary degree in Engineering and a secondary degree in Education at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.  It is his plan to incorporate his educational fortitude and leadership into his real estate business and combine his degree in engineering to further develop his skills as a real estate professional.

“My approach to this business is one of pure determination and success,” said Dominique.  “My passion is simply to strive for the best, achieve what is great and has value in my eyes and make it nowhere other than the top.  I do not have hopes or dream – but rather reality – and my reality is that I will succeed in any and everything? in school, real estate, business and life.”

When he’s not assisting clients, Dominique enjoys basketball, free hand sketch drawing and family time.  In recent years he’s developed an interest in entrepreneurship, business, stocks, banking and obtaining knowledge in these areas.

“As a native Nashvillian I was actively involved in mentoring the youth in my respective area to reach their highest goals and dreams,” said Dominique.  “As a young man it is important to give back, inspire and empower others to become their best.”

Dominique lives in Chattanooga to attend school.  He is an active member in the Mt. Zion Church where Bishop Joseph Walker III is his Pastor.

“The sky is not my limit, for those who limit themselves will never discover their true potential,” said Dominique.  “Life is a test to view ones capabilities to rise above obstacles resulting in accomplishments.  Therefore the sky will never be my limit because what I reach for is the impossible which has no limit,”
