Realtor Beth Weems Returns To Crye-Leike, REALTORS

SPRING HILL, TN., – Crye-Leike, REALTORS is pleased to welcome back Realtor Beth Weems to the company at it’s Spring Hill branch office located at 5407 Main Street, Suite 100.  Beth says she’s celebrating her return to Crye-leike, which is where she started her career helping people buy and sell homes.

“I made a change in companies about four years ago and my decision to return “home” to Crye-Leike was an easy choice,” said Beth.  “With the shift in the market, it became more and more important to be associated with a company that would supply the tools and support not only to its agents but also the buyers and sellers in this new market.”

From its professional, personable and knowledgeable management to the company’s hands-on and progressive approach to marketing, Beth says the Crye-leike business platform reflects everything she brings to her business and clients.

“Real estate is much more than a business transaction,” said Beth.  “It requires a personal touch and the ability to meet the needs of each individual family.  And just as my clients strive for the perfect place to call home – it is with great joy that I return home to Crye-Leike.”

Since 2003 Beth has been a licensed Realtor in Tennessee assisting buyers and sellers in and around Williamson, Maury, Marshall, Lewis, Lawrence and Dickson counties.  She specializes in all types of residential real estate sales. In addition to her work marketing properties and negotiating transactions, Beth handles the interior decorating needs of her clients.

“I have a staging business called ?Set The Stage’ which I incorporate into my real estate business and provide service to other agents and homeowners,” said Beth.  “Home Staging is perhaps the most important element in selling a home in today’s market. Staging homes provide the seller’s property to stand-out from the rest, sell faster and bring higher dollars.”

Beth is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and Southern Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors (SMTAR) member, Individual Sales Leader Award recipient and Agent Leadership Council member.

“Integrity is my #1 priority in helping people make successful moves,” said Beth.  “Clients need someone on their side to aggressively watch-out for their best interest. Houses can often sell themselves but I bring a fresh perspective to real estate and care for my clients like family.  Being a good negotiator is key, and being creative in the process helps negotiate a win-win situation.”

Beth lives in Columbia, Tennessee with her husband of 23 years Shipp Weems and she has a son Stephen (23) and daughter Lara (20).  When she’s not busy assisting clients Beth finds personal enjoyment in sketching and painting with both oil and acrylic and also enjoys “scouting-out” forgotten items and finding fresh ways to put them to new uses.  Beth is a member of Grace Church in Columbia.

“I am honored to work with each client,” said Beth.  “My dedication to people and my skillful practices in real estate make my customers?clients for life.  I love being a Realtor and face each day with enthusiasm and hard work – and it shows.”

Beth says with so many homes on the market today, marketing strategies are a must.
