Crye-Leike, REALTORS Welcomes Experienced Executive Broker Larry Blech To The Company’s Bella Vista, Arkansas Branch Office

BELLA VISTA, AR., – Crye-Leike, REALTORS welcomes Larry Blech as a new Executive Broker in the company’s new Bella Vista, Arkansas branch office located at 3463 Bella Vista Way.

Prior to his work in residential real estate sales and joining Crye-Leike, Larry worked for Verizon Communications for thirty two years.

“I retired to Bella Vista in 1998 from Dallas,” said Larry. “For the first couple of years of my retirement I played a lot of golf but finally decided I wanted a career again to occupy my time. This time I wanted a profession that would not confine me to working in an office all day like I had done in my first career and real estate seemed like a good fit for me.”

Larry acquired his real estate license and began his second career by working for Cooper Homes in Bella Vista. He specialized in helping people modify floor plans for new town homes to incorporate their individual needs and desires.

“After working with Cooper Homes, I decided I could be the project manager for the construction of new homes,” said Larry. “I started working with a building contractor and built several homes on the west side of Bella Vista.”

After gaining this experience in new home construction, Larry founded CastleRock Homes, LLC’ with other investors and continued to build new homes in Bella Vista. In order to sell the houses CastleRock Homes was building, Larry established his own real estate firm called Larry Blech and Associates Realty and served as Principal Broker for nearly five years.  His real estate company grew to include five agents and himself.

“When I saw that Crye-Leike, REALTORS was opening a new office in Bella Vista, I looked into the company and found they were exceptional,” said Larry. “I decided I wanted to be a part of their expansion into Bella Vista.  I realized that even as the owner of my own company there was no way I could afford to develop the kind of support you get from being an agent with Crye-Leike.”

Larry has been a licensed Real Estate Agent in Arkansas for eight years and a Broker for five years.  He assists buyers and sellers in and around Benton County specializing in residential real estate sales. Larry is a member of the Arkansas Real Estate Association, the Bentonville-Bella Vista Board of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

“I know and love Bella Vista,” said Larry “I am familiar with the demographics, the real estate market, the politics, the growing pains, and the people of this city. I want to concentrate my real estate efforts in Bella Vista and help people find good properties here, relocate here, and enjoy this truly unique area.”

Larry lives in Bella Vista with his wife Gail who is also a licensed real estate agent. He has three grown daughters, a grown step daughter and step son, and eleven grandchildren. When Larry’s not busy assisting buyers and sellers, he enjoys golfing, fishing, painting stained glass, music and traveling. He attends the Bella Vista Community Church.

“I love to help people find their perfect home,” said Larry. “I especially enjoy working with buyers because that means I have found a new friend that will now be living in the area.”
