Matt O’Neal Joins Crye-Leike, REALTORS

ATLANTA, GA., – Crye-Leike, REALTORS welcomes Agent Matt O’Neal to the company’s Cumming, Georgia branch office located at 5950 Bethelview Road. He joins the company as a Commercial Agent and Strategic Consultant for Crye-Leike’s Commercial Division.

 

“I have over 7 years experience in the real estate and banking industries,” said Matt. “These roles have encompassed strategic consulting, strategic marketing, market analysis, financial analysis and feasibility studies for both the financial institution and homebuilding sectors.”

 

Matt has been in the real estate profession around four years and recently transferred his license to Crye-Leike from Keller Williams. He is a licensed Agent in Georgia assisting buyers and sellers in and around Fulton, DeKalb, Forsyth, Cobb, and Gwinnett counties. Matt specializes in commercial real estate.

 

Before joining Crye-Leike, Realtors, Matt was previously employed as a Senior Strategic Marketing Analyst at Pulte Homes/Del Webb in Atlanta, Georgia. He is currently employed full-time as a Senior Market Analyst and Strategic Consultant at LEVEL5 LLC in Atlanta.

 

“I hope to add value to Crye-Leike by leveraging my expertise in directing the market research and analysis efforts, site selection process, and developing strategic recommendations to support the growth strategies for our commercial real estate clients,” said Matt.

 

Matt lives in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife Andrea. He is currently attending The University of Georgia and pursuing his MBA with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate.
