Crye-Leike, REALTORS Congratulates Broker & Auctioneer Mike Graves
ATHENS, TN.- Going once, going twice, and the Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) designation goes to Broker and Auctioneer Mike Graves with Crye-Leike, REALTORS Athens, Tennessee branch office located at 580 South Congress Parkway. Mike recently decided he would take the necessary classes to earn his professional real estate designation as a GRI and better serve his present and future clients.
“The knowledge and education I received in obtaining my GRI designation will enable me to represent the buyer or seller in a more professional manner,” said Mike. “The GRI course requires 96 hours of class and passing an exam which focus on all phases of real estate including ethics, electronic media, sellers, buyers, selling, listing, laws and much more.”
Through the GRI program, Mike studied marketing, ethics, contracts, finance, agency, technology and other real estate topics. Graduation from the REALTOR Institute required Mike to successfully complete more than 90 hours of coursework focusing on various real estate practices and principles.
Mike has been a licensed real estate professional in Tennessee for over 10 years. He recently decided to earn his Georgia real estate license so he could assist clients in both Tennessee and Georgia.
“Extending my license into Georgia allows me to broaden my client base,” said Mike. “I look forward to representing many new clients.”
Mike is a licensed Auctioneer and Broker assisting buyers and sellers in and around McMinn, Bradley, Meigs, Monroe, and Polk counties. He specializes in residential, commercial, Estates, land and farm real estate with special emphasis on personal property up for direct sale or auction. Mike is a member of the Tennessee Association of Realtors (TAR), the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Tennessee Association of Auctioneers (TAA) and the National Association of Auctioneers (NAA).
