Congratulations to Crye-Leike’s Kirk Tinsley Upon His Election

BOWLING GREEN, KY. – Crye-Leike, REALTORS extends congratulations to Broker Kirk Tinsley upon his election as the 2009 President of the REALTOR Association of Southern Kentucky.  Kirk is the Founder, Owner and CEO of Crye-Leike Executive Realty Inc., a full service real estate sales office in Southern Kentucky located at 1278 Campbell Lane in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

“I am honored to have the opportunity to lead my peers in this current economic environment that we find ourselves in,” said Kirk.  “I am ready to lead my real estate colleagues in Southern Kentucky through the many challenges that we face today as Realtors and as a professional board.”

Kirk has been in real estate assisting clients since 1996. His goal for the local board is to help adjust and become a stronger organization in 2009 and to increase the awareness of our great profession and the professionals associated with it in our community.

“Now more than ever, the public needs a REALTOR and my goal is to create a heightened awareness of what we do and why everyone should be looking to our expertise in this tricky market,” said Kirk. “I look forward to helping our organization move into the 101st year of the Realtor profession in the US.”

Kirk is a licensed Broker in Kentucky and Tennessee assisting buyers and sellers in and around Bowling Green and South Central Kentucky.  Supporting him are 40 affiliated agents working from his Crye-Leike Executive Realty franchise office.  Kirk is a member of The Realtor Association Of Southern Kentucky (RASKY), Kentucky Association Of Realtors (KAR) and National Association of Realtors (NAR).

“I realize that with some of the bad information online today that REALTOR’S have gotten a pretty bad rap and it is very unfair,” said Kirk. “Many things have led to the current situation our country is in and it will take hard work and dedication from REALTORS across the country to help dig us out.”

Crye-Leike Executive Realty opened for business on April 1st 2002 and since it’s inception has been the company’s number one franchise in the nation. Executive Realty has received numerous awards over the years including: Most Homes Sold, Highest Sales Volume and Best Overall Franchise the past six years.

“We have been blessed as a company with solid growth, great agents and committed to the One Team – One Goal concept that this company was founded on,” said Kirk.  “Our mission is to be the best real estate company in our area and to operate at the absolute highest level of professionalism in our industry.”
