A Company Focused On Putting People Into Homes Gives Back
Crye-Leike, REALTORS Associates In Midtown Nashville, Tennessee Collect Coats For The Homeless and give back to the community.

NASHVILLE, TN, – Crye-Leike, REALTORS agents at the company’s Midtown branch office in Nashville, Tennessee are issuing a challenge to their fellow company associates and Realtor colleagues through out the Middle Tennessee region this holiday season.

The branch has launched a Coat Drive For The Homeless in participation with the Belmont Church in Nashville and is encouraging Realtors across the Greater Nashville area to join in.

“We normally work with homeowners and prospective homeowners on a daily basis,” said Wanda Batson, Coat Drive Coordinator and Crye-Leike Midtown agent.  “In this case we felt the need to help out to the homeless, so we’re asking everyone in our office to get in touch with their friends and neighbors for donations of new or gently used winter coats.”

Wanda, a 17-year veteran of real estate sales in the region, has seen her share of smiling faces as she assist clients find and purchase homes.  This holiday, as home sales traditionally slow down, she and her fellow Midtown agents are refocusing their energy and hoping to brighten the spirits of many homeless adults and children living in the city.

“We’re continually looking for ways to give back to the community,” said Wanda.  “In addition to collecting coats for those who need them in Davidson County we’re encouraging our associates in neighboring counties to join in and get the word out to friends to donate coats for those in need in their communities too.”

In addition to Davidson County, Crye-Leike, REALTORS maintains branch office locations in Williamson, Sumner, Wilson, Montgomery, Maury, Putnam and Rutherford counties.

“The coats we collect here at the Midtown office in Davidson County will be donated to the Belmont Church located at 68 Music Square East in Nashville,” said Wanda.  “The congregation there has had an ongoing winter coat campaign for the homeless that we’re excited to be supporting and joining in this holiday.”

Since 1997 Wanda has been is a licensed real estate sales associate in Tennessee working with buyers and sellers in and around Williamson and Davidson counties.  She is a Residential Real Estate Specialist with a focus on investment properties, new home construction, condominiums and town homes.  Wanda is based out of the company’s Midtown branch office, located at 1819 Broadway in Nashville, Tennessee.

Wanda is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and a Certified Buyer Specialist (CBS).  She is a member of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors (GNAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). In 2008 she Co-Chaired the company’s United Way Campaign in the Middle Tennessee region.
