Crye-Leike, REALTORS Taps Joseph Hudack As Vice President & Managing Broker To Lead Crye-Leike Commercial & Property Management Division In Northwest Arkansas

ROGERS, AR., – Crye-Leike, REALTORS is pleased to name Joseph Hudack as Vice President & Managing Broker of Crye-Leike Commercial and Property Management Division in Northwest Arkansas.  Hudack will be based out of the Crye-Leike’s Regional Headquarters located at 3469 West Walnut in Rogers, Arkansas.


“I made the decision to join Crye-Leike Commercial because of the company’s reputation and the opportunity to grow,” said Hudack.  “With the Northwest Region not having a commercial division I felt this was the perfect opportunity to come onboard and help build something really special.”


Prior to joining Crye-Leike, Hudack owned and managed his own Real Estate and Development Company where he was involved in the acquisition, construction and management of his own portfolio of property.  He also consulted with several Fortune 500 companies, assisting them with real estate transactions, sales, site selection, lease negotiation and relocation.


“Having gained the faith of Harold Crye to start and build the Commercial Brokerage division and the Property Management Division in Northwest Arkansas, I felt that this would be the best opportunity to put my 21 years of experience to work,” said Hudack.  “Considering that Crye-leike is the 4th largest real estate firm in the region, this was a perfect time to get in on the great growth that lies ahead as Mr. Crye takes the company to number one.”


Hudack’s career in real estate began upon his graduation from Arizona State University.  He joined Bateman Eichler, Hill Richards where he assisted in the management of six real estate limited partnerships and two research development partnerships.  Hudack would go one to serve: Fluor Corporation as a Supervisor of Corporate Real Estate, Southwest Partners as a Tenant Representation Broker and Dial Corp/Viad Corp as a Senior Real Estate Representative.

Before launching his own firm, Hudack spent more than seven years as a Senior Manager in the Real Estate Department with Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.  With Wal-Mart he provided oversight and management to a portfolio of more than 400 properties valued in excess of $400-million.


Hudack is a licensed Broker in Arkansas, assisting clients throughout Benton & Washington counties.  He specializes in all types of commercial property sales and lease transactions with a focus on office, retail, industrial and investment properties.  Hudack is a Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR), designee for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), member of the Rogers Board of Realtors (RBR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and CoreNet Global – the world’s leading professional association for corporate real estate and workplace executives.


Hudack and his wife Dawn have lived in Rogers for more than 11 years.  They have a daughter Amy (17) and son Joey (15).  Hudack is active in the Church Pinnacle Hills in Rogers where he is and Usher and leads a men’s group.  When he’s not assisting clients, Hudack enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and the participating in the Single Action Shooting Society – Arkansas Lead Slingers in Northwest Arkansas.
