BENTONVILLE, AR., – Crye-Leike, REALTORS congratulates Bentonville, Arkansas Managing Broker Cassie Elliott on receiving the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the CCIM Institute, one of the leading commercial real estate associations in the world.


Cassie was among a group of commercial real estate professionals who earned the designation by passing the Institute’s Comprehensive Examination, the final element of the designation process.  She was awarded the designation October 16, 2008 during the Institute meetings in Chicago, Illinois.


“Obtaining the CCIM designation has been a goal of mine for several years,” said Cassie.  “The graduate level curriculum makes me uniquely qualified to assist clients with a level of expertise in every type of real estate purchase be it commercial or residential.”


The CCIM curriculum addresses: financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis and investment analysis – the cornerstones of commercial investment real estate.  Recipients of the CCIM designation are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis.


“Achieving this level of training in my career will give me and my clients access to an unparalleled level of valuable online tools, including the Site To Do Business, a suite of mapping, demographic and other analytical resources,” said Cassie.  “I will also be able to market properties for sale or lease through CCIMNet, a leading national commercial property exchange, which will offer my clients tremendous exposure.”


In September Cassie was named one of the “40 Under 40” for 2008.  At 36 years old she was honored as a “Rising Star” in the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal’s annual leadership recognition program.  Cassie manages the company’s Bentonville Arkansas branch office located at 101 NE 3rd in Bentonville.


“I am so honored to be among the distinguished young men and women chosen as the 2008 class of the ?40 Under 40′ for the Northwest Arkansas area,” said Cassie.  “I believe in giving back to the community and that working hard to achieve goals is very important.”


Cassie has worked in real estate and government related fields since 1993 and has several areas of expertise. Since 2003 Cassie has been a licensed Realtor in Arkansas assisting buyers and sellers in and around Benton and Washington counties.  She specializes in all types of real estate sales with a focus on investment, land, historic preservation properties and commercial.  Cassie is a Graduate, REALTOR Institute, member of the Arkansas Association of Realtors (ARA), National Association of Realtors (NAR) and is already an active member in the Northwest Arkansas Chapter of the CCIM.


Cassie has served on the Benton County Rural Development Authority since 2003 and as its Chairman since 2005.  She is the President of the Benton County Historical Society for 2008 and since 2005 has served as a member of the Technical Advisory and Policy Committee for the Northwest Arkansas Regional Transportation Board.
