PAM EDEN JOINS CRYE-LEIKE, REALTORS IN THE COMPANY’S

GOODLETTSVILLE, TN., – Crye-Leike, REALTORS welcomes Realtor Pam Eden to the company’s Goodlettsville, Tennessee branch office located at 917 Conference Drive.

“In the year 2000, my husband of 10 years passed away suddenly. After a couple of years it became clear that I needed more income and decided to pursue a career in real estate,” said Pam. “I signed up for the course, but was crushed when I was told I would not be able to take the real estate test because I didn’t have a high school diploma.”

When Pam’s son was born in 1970, she had to take time off from school because at that time girls expecting a child could not be at school. Pam became busy raising a son and earning a living and never went back to finish school and get her diploma.

“Not having a high school diploma had never stopped me from doing anything or working anywhere I had ever wanted to,” said Pam. “The urge to go to Real Estate School stayed with me and I have never been a quitter, so at the age of 52 I went and passed my GED. It was the hardest test I ever took, but I do not remember ever having such a gratifying feeling!”

After Pam passed her GED, she re-enrolled in Real Estate School and passed the course and test with flying colors.

Pam recently transferred her license to Crye-Leike from Image Realty where she had been working as a part-time Realtor for a year. She recently was able to commit to being a full-time Realtor like she had been hoping to do for years.

“Being a widow, I needed to have a sure income; therefore, I was never able to quit and go full time with real estate until now,” said Pam. “In 2007, God answered my prayers for someone to share my life with and put a wonderful man in my life who was more than willing for me to quit my full-time job and become a full-time Realtor,”

Pam is a licensed Realtor assisting buyers and sellers in and around Davidson County, Goodlettsville, White House, Springfield, Hendersonville, and Portland. She specializes in residential real estate and is a member of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors (GNAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). In addition to being a part-time Realtor for the past 3 years, Pam worked as an Office Manager for Exacta Punch in Nashville.

“Today, my desire is not just to sell houses, it is to sell homes. I want to make someone’s life better,” said Pam. “I want people to know that if I am their agent, they can rest assured they are my number one priority. I will not be happy until they are happy!”

Pam lives in Madison, Tennessee with her husband Tony. She has a son named Mike Ramsey that blessed her with three grandchildren Gracie (3), Alec (9) and Jakob (11). She shares Tony’s 3 children, Lee, Lindsay and Lyle.  Pam loves to fish and is currently writing a book about fishing with professional Bass Anglers, she has fished with 15 anglers to date.  She is a member of Cornerstone church.
