MEMPHIS, TN., – Crye-Leike, REALTORS offers congratulations to Cheryl Fortner for earning her Accredited Home-Staging Specialist (AHS) designation and launching a new home staging and redesign firm.  Cheryl is Operations Manager in the company’s Relocation Services Division at the Memphis Region corporate headquarters located at 6525 Quail Hollow, Suite 400 in Memphis, Tennessee.

“Working in the relocation industry, I saw a need for staging to help sellers get their property in the best showing condition to compete well in this buyer’s market with so much competition,” said Cheryl.  “I formed Creative Chic, Staging and Redesign Solutions to stage both occupied homes and vacant properties.”

In her new capacity as a partner in “Creative Chic” Cheryl says her portfolio of “before and after” pictures shows what a difference staging can make.  She and her business partner also carry all the necessary insurance required to qualify for jobs from 3rd party relocation management companies.

“We work to diplomatically assist sellers and Realtors by making recommendations that will result in a quick sale,” said Cheryl.  “We use tasteful furnishings and accessories always keeping costs to a minimum.”
