NASHVILLE, TN., – Crye-Leike, REALTORS welcomes Chris Smith to the company in Nashville, Tennessee.  He recently joined the firm in the Green Hills branch office located at 3815 Cleghorn Avenue.


Chris is pursuing a lifelong passion for real estate sales and comes to Crye-Leike after an honorable career serving in the United States Navy for more than 17 years.  As far back as Chris can remember he has had a passion for real estate.


“I started out drawing floor plans in Middle School in Florida,” said Chris.  “This passion lead me to pursue a degree in Architect Graphs and Design.”


Due to a military transfer Chris was not able to complete the last twelve hours of his degree.  He believes now he is following his calling to real estate by completing the Real Estate Education through the Tennessee Real Estate Educational System (TREES).


“In my search for a company to place my license with I discovered Crye-Leike, REALTORS and Broker Mary Suto in the Green Hills branch office,” said Chris.  “Mary is wonderful and I don’t think I could have made a better choice.”


Chris is a licensed Realtor in Tennessee assisting buyers and sellers in and around Davidson County.  He specializes in all types of residential real estate sales with a focus on new home construction, condominiums and town homes.  Chris is a Certified TREES Graduate (CTG), member of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors (GNAR), Tennessee Association of Realtors (TAR) and National Association of Realtors (NAR).

Chris lives in Antioch and has a son, Chris Smith, II (12). He attends Born Again Church at 858 W. Trinity Lane and in his free time he enjoys fitness, weight lifting and traveling.
