Experienced Vice President Broker Penny C. Worley Joins Crye-Leike, REALTORS In The Company?s Spring Hill, Tennessee Branch Office

SPRING HILL, TN., – Crye-Leike, REALTORS welcomes Vice President Broker Penny Worley to the company’s Spring Hill, Tennessee branch office located at 5407 Main Street. She knows that every cent matters to her clients therefore her motto is “When every PENNY counts, count on Penny Worley!”

Penny is a returning member to the Crye-Leike family originally starting her real estate career with the company as an agent in the Memphis area for approximately 10 years. From there, she moved to Destin, Florida and opened the first two Crye-Leike franchises in the state helping build Crye-Leike Costal Realty and Crye-Leike Beachside Realty. Homesick for Tennessee, Penny decided to move back to the state and join the Crye-Leike team in the company’s Spring Hill branch office.

“Crye-Leike was the first real estate company I started with and I grew to love both cofounders of the company Harold Crye and Dick Leike,” said Penny. “It’s through their leadership that I have been able to achieve the success that I have enjoyed over the years.”

Penny has been in the real estate profession for 25 years. She is a licensed Broker in Tennessee assisting buyers and sellers in and around Maury and Williamson counties specializing in all types of real estate. She has her professional real estate designations an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI), a Certified Builder Specialist (CBS), a Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) and as an Internet Marketing (E-Pro) professional. Penny is a member of the Williamson County Association of Realtors (WCAR), the Tennessee Association of Realtors (TAR), the Florida Association of Realtors (FAR), the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors (ECAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). She is also licensed to assist clients in Florida and Mississippi.

“I started as a new agent and received the very first Crye-Leike “Rookie of the Year” award and also became a lifetime member of the Crye-Leike Multi Million Dollar Club, said Penny. “I got all the designations that I had room for on my business card and then I achieved the Crye-Leike Circle of Excellence Award which meant I got to add the title of “Vice President” to my business card.”

Penny lives in Columbia, Tennessee and she is an Ambassador for the Maury County Alliance and plans to join the Spring Hill and Williamson Chamber of Commerce.  In her spare time, she enjoys attending social functions and meeting new people. Penny also enjoys raising and caring for her 75 pet chickens in her free time.

“It may seem corny for a city girl to be raising chickens, but I bought a house in the country and someone told me I needed to start acting like a country girl,” said Penny. “I came home from work one day and an anonymous friend had delivered a beautiful rooster to my back door with a bow around his neck and two weeks later a couple of hens got delivered to my home. They have now multiplied and become my 75 pets, most of which have a name and lay green eggs.”
