Realtors from Crye-Leike were among the many businesses, restaurants, clubs and organizations that joined in the 2nd Annual Milton Round Up to celebrate the community’s 2nd Anniversary as an Incorporated City.

“We were thrilled to be a part of this great community celebration and really happy to award our grand prize to Abby Jones of White Columns,” said Lauren Holms, Managing Broker of Crye-Leike’s Crabapple/Roswell office.  “Along with the Gas Grill we had lots of practical promotional items for everyone who stopped by our booth to visit and enter to win the grill.”

Crye-Leike is new to the Milton area and surrounding communities. In September 2008, Crye-Leike’s new Crabapple/Roswell branch sales center formally opened its doors in Roswell, Georgia to serve buyers and sellers across the region.  The office is under the leadership of Managing Broker Lauren Holmes.

“We had a great time meeting and greeting all the folks who came by to meet us and a lot of them were very curious since we’re the new realty company on the block,” said Jean Smith, an Agent with Crye-Leike.  “Many people wanted to talk about real estate and find out what’s happening in the market and we’re always glad to discuss the opportunities right now for buyers and sellers.”

A formal grand opening celebration and ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Crabapple/Roswell office is being planned and coordinated with the North Fulton Chamber of Commerce.

“We invite folks to stop by our new office or call with any real estate questions or needs and I welcome all real estate professionals or anyone looking for a career in real estate to contact me personally by phone or email,” said Lauren.  “We offer an office environment and culture that’s exciting and positive and where there’s always a can-do attitude.”
