MEMPHIS, TN., – Crye-Leike, REALTORS congratulates Affiliate Broker Bob Geabhart upon earning his Certified Premier Properties Specialist (CPPS) designation.


To earn Crye-Leike’s CPPS certification, Bob successfully completed a two-day course and met the standards in the production, marketing and sale of high-end properties.  He also met other criteria, such as qualifying for the company’s Multi Million Dollar Club and obtaining other professional real estate designations.


“To achieve the CPPS designation, you must complete the training course, secure at least 2 listings, and have sold at least one property over $400,000 and accomplish at least 5 of 10 required elective requirements,” said Bob.


Bob is a licensed Affiliate Broker assisting buyers and sellers in and around Shelby and Fayette counties. He also has his professional real estate designation as a Certified Relocation Specialist (CRA) and is a member of the Crye-Leike Multi Million Dollar Club (MMDC). Bob is a member of the Memphis Area Association of Realtors (MAAR), the Tennessee Association of Realtors (TAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

The CPPS designation will help give assurance to buyers that I have knowledge in selling a property of this quality.”
