BRENTWOOD, TN., – Crye-Leike, REALTORS is proud to announce that Affiliate Broker Janell Glasgow-Hall has successfully earned her professional real estate designation as an Accredited Home Staging Professional. She is an Agent with Crye-Leike based out of the company’s Brentwood West branch office located at 5111 Maryland Way.
To earn certification as an Accredited Home Staging Professional, Janell successfully completed a two-day course that included 16 hours of intense training and hands-on experience. As part of her training, she was required to demonstrate techniques and actually stage a home listed on the market.
“Staged homes traditionally sell faster and for a higher price,” said Janell. “These are challenging times in the Greater Nashville real estate market. Sellers need to really detail their homes to obtain top dollar.”
Janell is a licensed Affiliate Broker assisting buyers and sellers in primarily Brentwood, Green Hills and Hendersonville. She is also a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and a trusted buyer’s agent.
