HEBER SPRINGS, AR., – Crye-Leike, REALTORS is proud to announce Pat Dudeck has joined Crye-Leike Brock Real Estate Franchise located at 2300 Highway 25 B North in Heber Springs, Arkansas.
Pat has been in the real estate profession for 5 years. He previously worked as an Executive Broker at Crye-Leike’s Hinson Road Branch office and recently transferred his broker’s license to Crye-Leike Brock Real Estate after his move to Heber Springs from Little Rock where he lived for the past 12 years.
“I have found my real estate career very rewarding, challenging, and fun,” said Pat. “It is very gratifying to help someone realize their dreams and to experience that with them. Selling and buying property can sometimes be a long, arduous process, and I love being able to allow people to relax and let me worry about all the details.”
Pat is a licensed Associate Broker assisting buyers and sellers in primarily Cleburne County. He specializes in residential real estate focusing on acreage and commercial properties. Pat has his professional real estate designation as a Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI). He is a member of the Arkansas Realtors Association (ARA), the Cleburne County Board of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Pat is a Crye-Leike Multi-Million Dollar Producer and has received the Arkansas Realtors Association (ARA) Award For Excellence.
“I have worked residential, lots, new construction, commercial and was even able to list a couple of lake properties here on Greer’s Ferry from Little Rock,” said Pat. “I especially enjoyed listing the lake properties and now that I am here, I can concentrate on the Greer’s Ferry Lake area full time.”
Pat lives in Heber Springs with his wife Kerri. They have 2 children, a daughter named Lauren (2) and a son named Seth (5 months). Pat is a member of First United Methodist Church of Heber Springs. In his spare time he enjoys golf, basketball, traveling, being on the lake, and spending time with his family and friends.
“For about the last 10 years, it has been a goal of mine to move back to Heber Springs, my hometown,” said Pat. “I grew up in Heber Springs and graduated from Heber Springs High School in 1989. I attended Arkansas Tech University and received my Bachelor’s Degree in 1993. After that I moved to Fayetteville and earned a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas.”
