OLIVE BRANCH, MS., – Crye-Leike, REALTORS is proud to announce that Craig Britt has earned his professional real estate designation as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and also completed the E-Buyer Course. He is a Sales Associate with Crye-Leike based out of the company’s Olive Branch, Mississippi sales office located at 6397 Goodman Road.

The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. The designation is awarded to real estate agents who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria and is awarded by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR).

In order to earn the ABR designation, Realtors must successfully complete an additional elective course. Britt chose to complete the E-Buyer class, which is an ABR elective course that focuses on understanding Internet-savvy buyers and preparing Realtors to transact business with the emerging market of online clients. Students who complete this course have mastered personal computer skills and internet basics needed to effectively communicate with the increasing number of buyers and sellers looking to buy or sell their home online.

“It is very important for me to take advantage of every opportunity which allows me to further my education so my clients may enjoy the benefits of my expertise,” said Britt. “I try to approach every day with a moral obligation to do the right thing by all parties and I take pride in an ethical representation based on honesty and integrity.”

Britt has been in the real estate profession for three years. He is a licensed sales associate assisting buyers and sellers in and around Desoto, Marshall, Tate, Shelby, Fayette and Tipton counties. He specializes in residential real estate focusing on commercial, investment properties, first-time home buyers, relocation, new home construction, farm and land and town homes. Britt is a member of the Northwest Mississippi Association of Realtors (NWMAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). He also has his professional real estate designation as a Certified Relocation Associate (CRA).

“After over 30 years in the Customer Service Industry and as a former educator in Desoto County, I understand the value of knowledge with your product as well as the presentation of this knowledge to your clients,” said Britt. “I do not consider my position as a sales representative because I feel my role is one of a facilitator. The homes will sell themselves, but it is my responsibility to assure that the process is accomplished for my clients in a smooth fashion with full understanding of their investment.”
