BRENTWOOD, TN., – Crye-Leike, REALTORS is proud to announce that Rick Sears has earned his professional real estate designation as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR). He is a Realtor with Crye-Leike based out of the company’s Brentwood West branch office located at 5111 Maryland Way.

The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. The designation is awarded to real estate agents who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria and is awarded by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR). All agents honored with this designation have successfully completed a comprehensive course in buyer representation and an elective course focusing on a buyer representation specialty.

 

Rick is a licensed Realtor assisting buyers and sellers in and around Williamson, Davidson, and Rutherford counties. Rick specializes in residential real estate focusing on first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers and clients looking to downsize, condominiums and town homes, relocation, and new home construction.
