CRYE-LEIKE, REALTORS EXECUTIVE BROKER MAURICE TAYLOR NAMED “REALTOR OF THE YEAR” BY THE NORTH PULASKI BOARD OF REALTORS

NORTH LITTLE ROCK, AR.- Crye-Leike, REALTORS congratulates Executive Broker Maurice Taylor upon his selection as “Realtor of the Year” by the North Pulaski Board of Realtors.  Taylor is based out of the company’s North Little Rock, Arkansas branch office located at 3400 John F. Kennedy Blvd. in North Little Rock.

 

“It was an amazing feeling just to be nominated for Realtor of the Year,” said Taylor.  “To be selected is truly an honor and it’s a wonderful feeling to be recognized by your peers.”

 

Taylor was among three Realtors nominated for the annual top honor.  The other two nominees were also Crye-Leike agents: Penne Reeder and Bruce Martin, sales associates from the company’s North Little Rock branch office.

 

“It has always been my goal to not only provide great service to my clients but to stay active in the industry through the various Realtors associations,” said Taylor.  “I also love community service and consider it a responsibility to give back to those service organizations that need a hand.”

 

Taylor was selected based on a point system of his individual activity and involvement from August 2007 – August 2008.  He demonstrated outstanding contributions of time and energy to REALTORS Spirit, Civic Activity, Business Accomplishments, Local Board Activity, State Association Activity and National Association Activity.

 

Since 1999 Taylor has been licensed REALTOR in Arkansas assisting buyers and sellers in and around Pulaski County including Little Rock, North Little Rock, Jacksonville and Maumelle.  He is a Full Service Agent, specializing in all types of residential real estate sales with a focus on First Time Homebuyers.  Taylor is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI) and Graduate of the Arkansas Realtors Association (ARA) “Realtor Leadership Academy.”

 

Taylor is a member of the: North Pulaski Board of Realtors (NPBR), Arkansas Realtors Association (ARA) National Association of Realtors (NAR) and serves as an ARPAC Trustee.  Taylor’s extensive civic and community involvement includes serving on the: North Little Rock Planning Commission, North Little Rock Planning Commission Subdivision Committee, North Little Rock Police Athletic League (PAL), North Little Rock Downtown Lions Club and Argenta Downtown Council.
