CRYE-LEIKE, REALTORS? VICE PRESIDENT AND AFFILIATE BROKER, PAIGE ARNOLD, HAS OBTAINED HER SELLER REPRESENTATIVE SPECIALIST (SRS) DESIGNATION

MEMPHIS, TN., – Crye-Leike, REALTORS is proud to announce that Vice President and Affiliate Broker Paige Arnold has earned the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) Professional Designation. Paige is an Affiliate Broker in the company’s Midtown Branch Office located at 2220 Union Avenue in Memphis, Tennessee.

“Obtaining my SRS is my 6th professional designation since becoming a Realtor in 1999,” said Paige.  “I feel strongly about continuing education because the more I know, the better I can serve my clients. I’ve already put into practice a lot of what I learned from this class and I’m looking forward to improving my business and the services I offer even more with the new tools and techniques.”

The Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation recognizes real estate professionals who have completed special education in seller representation. The designation is geared toward helping agents improve their skills working with sellers and listings so they can assist their clients with the best professionalism and service possible.

“I am very proud to be one of the first Realtors in the country to obtain the new SRS designation,” said Paige.  “The content was excellent and it taught me new approaches to working with sellers that I had never thought of before.  I especially enjoyed learning about different generational groups; what their needs are, how differently they view things, and how they like to receive information.”

Paige is a licensed Affiliate Broker in Tennessee assisting buyers and sellers in and around Shelby, Tipton & Fayette counties, selling residential & commercial property as well as land in all three counties. Paige specializes in historic neighborhoods, but also has a great focus on relocation, new construction, condos, foreclosures, multi-units and single family sales.

“Midtown is where my heart and soul is.  I believe in the quality of older construction – most of these homes were built by craftsmen that took years to build by hand,” said Paige. “Not to mention the beauty in them, with details you just don’t see in any other housing”.

With the Memphis Area Association of Realtors (MAAR) Paige is a member and has served on the State Professional Standards Committee and was the First Year Director of the MAAR Multi Million Dollar Club. She is also a member of the Tennessee Association of Realtors (TAR) and National Association of Realtors (NAR).  Paige was awarded the Circle of Excellence Award from Crye-Leike Realtors and is a Life Member of Crye-Leike & MAAR’s Multi-Million Dollar Clubs.

“The most rewarding part of my career is to work with past clients who keep coming back and offer me the opportunity to work with them again,” said Paige.  “First-time homebuyers are also special to me because they need that extra care they don’t often get in this industry.”
