HOT SPRINGS, AR., – Crye-Leike, REALTORS is proud to announce that Realtor Soozanna French is a Celebrity Single for the Inaugural Rock “n” Singles In The City benefit auction and fundraiser for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arkansas.  The Live Auction takes place downtown at Sticky Fingers in Little Rock on Thursday June 26, 2008 beginning at 6:30pm.

“I like the way Crye-Leike does business and they support giving back to the community and that’s important to me,” said Soozanna.  “That’s the reason I said I would do the benefit for Big Brothers Big Sisters.  Kids need someone to look up to and care for them and this organization helps to change their lives for the better by building self esteem which a lot of kids have problems with when they get into high school.”

The Rock “n” Singles event will be hosted by Alice 107.7’s morning DJs Heather and DC with music by Afrodesia.  Each Celebrity Single will be auctioned with an arranged outing and among the amazing experiences up for bid: a cooking lesson with Chef Donnie Ferneau of Ferneau Restaurant in Little Rock, dinner for two at Copper Grill on the roof of 300 Third Tower, box seats at Reynolds Stadium for an Arkansas Razorbacks game, an art lesson with Artist Barry Thomas and a float down the Buffalo River with Arkansas Tourism Director JoeDavid Rice.

“This event is going to be absolute blast that can also make a huge difference in the lives of our children,” said Soozana.  “If we can build these kids up and not tear them down they will be better adults for it.  That will trickle down to their kids and their kids and before you know it we have made a difference in the lives of so many people.  And isn’t that what it’s all about.”

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arkansas has a long history of working to positively impact the lives of Arkansas’ youth.  The agency provides young people, ages 6-18 with one-on-one mentoring and relationships with adults who want to make a difference in the lives of others, a difference in their communities and the future.
