CONWAY, AR., – Crye-Leike, REALTORS is proud to announce that Realtor Bill Tobias has obtained his Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation.  Bill is a licensed Sales Associate in the company’s Conway branch office located at 1065 Skyline Drive in Conway Arkansas.

The Real Estate BUYERS AGENT Council (REBAC) of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) awards the ABR designation.  Bill successfully completed his course work through the Realtor University.

“In reality the most important part of obtaining this designation is the education I’ve received that will help me help my clients,” said Bill.  “I don’t think of myself as being in the real estate business but rather I am in the customer service business helping people with their real estate transaction.”

Bill Tobias leads The Tobey Team at Crye-Leike REALTORS, assisting buyers and sellers in and around Faulkner and Pulaski counties.  He specializes in residential real estate transactions with a focus on relocations and investments.

“Our approach at The Toby Team is to create a synergy to always be available to our customers and strive to beat their expectation,” said Bill.  “My approach is to understand the objective of each of my clients so I can best help them achieve and in many instance exceed their goals.”

With the Faulkner County Association of Realtors (FCAR) Bill serves as a member of the Education Committee.  He is active in the Arkansas Association of Realtors (AAR) National Association of Realtors (NAR), and he holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA).

In 2007, Bill was recognized as a Multi-Million Dollar Sales Producer. He continues to advance his real estate education and is currently enrolled in the Graduate, REALTOR institute (GRI) training program.

Bill lives in Conway and serves as President of Habitat for Humanity of Faulkner County.
