Jones joined Crye-Leike in 1997 as a receptionist in the Bartlett branch office and within a few months had obtained her Tennessee real estate license.  These accomplishments laid the foundation for Jones to establish a Professional Assistant Program exclusively for Crye-Leike sales associates.

Jones is a licensed Sales Agent in Tennessee, working with buyers and sellers in Shelby and Tipton County.  She specializes in residential real estate with a focus on new buyers and new home construction.

Jones is a member of the Memphis Area Association of Realtors (MAAR), the Tennessee Association of Realtors (TAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
