FAYETTEVILLE, AR.- Crye-Leike, REALTORS congratulates Realtor Cheryl Culp on receiving her At Home With Diversity certification from the National Association of Realtors (NAR).  Culp is a Sales Associate based out of the company’s Fayetteville Arkansas branch office located at 3782 Front Street.


“My personal approach to real estate is to get involved and educated,” said Cheryl.  “At Home With Diversity is an educational certification designed to present a picture of the changing face of the real estate industry. The class teaches how real estate professionals can increase their sensitivity and adaptability to future market trends and how to thrive as an effective service provider and community leader.”


The course addresses issues of diversity, fair housing and cultural differences.  It is a required course for Realtors who intend to pursue the Graduate, REALTOR Institute designation.


Cheryl is a licensed real estate agent in Arkansas, working with buyers and sellers in and around Washington and Benton counties.  She specializes in residential real estate sales with a focus on first-time homebuyers and land purchase transactions.


“I feel extremely fortunate to be in this business,” said Cheryl.  “I love serving the public, talking to people, learning new things and facing a challenge everyday.  So for me this is the perfect business to be in. You can never know too much in this business? there is so much to learn and it’s more than just showing and listing homes.”


Cheryl is a Certified Relocation Associate (CRA) with Crye-Leike, Realtors.  She is a member of the Metro Area Board of Realtors (MABR), Arkansas Realtors Association (ARA) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). With the ARA in 2007 Cheryl was appointed to serve on the Equal Opportunity Committee.


Prior to obtaining her real estate license Cheryl was employed for eleven years as a Medical Billing Supervisor at St. Mary’s Hospital.


“I will always follow the golden rule,” said Cheryl.  “I don’t just want a client for a one time transaction I want to keep them for life.  I try to keep in my mind that real estate is always changing and I need to be able to change as well.”
