HIXSON, TN., – Crye-Leike, REALTORS is extending an invitation to home buyers, first time buyers and prospective sellers to an Informational Seminar at the company’s Hixson branch office in May. The program will be held Thursday May 15, 2008 6:30pm – 8:30pm. The Hixson branch office is located at 5870 Highway 153 in Hixson Tennessee.
The seminar will provide free professional advice and information to prospective buyers and sellers who are considering a purchase or sale in today’s tricky housing market.
“We are very excited and confident that the evening will be tremendously useful and informative to any buyer, first-time homebuyer and local seller who is unsure about getting into the housing market at this time of uncertainly,” said Kathy Tucker, Managing Broker of the Hixson branch office. “Our goal for the evening it to set aside everyone’s fear or hesitation about going ahead with a move into a new home and helping to educate them on the proper steps to buy, sell, find the perfect mortgage and so much more.”
Joining Crye-Leike sales associates at the two-hour event will be representatives from Magna Bank’s mortgage lending division, Realty Title & Escrow closing services and Crye-Leike Insurance along with specialists in home inspection, staging and other home buying and selling services.

Along with door prizes, dinner will be served and everyone will receive a free package of information to help them with their own personal buying or selling decision.
