FAIRVIEW, TN.- Crye-Leike, REALTORS is proud to announce that Sheree Rudd is a recent graduate of the REALTOR Institute (GRI) program.  Sheree manages the company’s branch office in Fairview Tennessee, located at 2239 Fairview Blvd. Suite 100 in Fairview.  Sheree lives in Dickson, Tennessee.

Through the GRI program, Sheree studied marketing, ethics, contracts, finance, agency, technology and other real estate topics.  She’s obtained the additional skills needed to render greater and broader services to the public and to their clients.


Graduation from the REALTOR Institute required Sheree to successfully complete more than 90 hours coursework and six written examinations on various real estate practices and principles.


“I strive each day to be the best I can be, which has resulted in a strong referral business,” said Sheree.  “Not being from this part of Tennessee, I appreciate the beauty of this area and the great people I come into contact with each day.  I am excited about being part of this area’s imminent growth.”


Since 1999 Sheree has been assisting buyers and sellers in and around Dickson, Hickman, Williamson and Cheatham counties. She specializes in residential real estate sales with a focus on new construction, land and farms and additionally Sheree oversees day-to-day operations at the Fairview branch as its Principal Broker.


Sheree is a member of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors (GNAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).  In 2007, she served as Chairperson of the annual Naturefest event in Fairview.
