BRENTWOOD, TN., – Crye-Leike, REALTORS remains the nation’s 4th largest real estate firm based on the 2008 Real Trends 500 survey results.  The ranking comes from a survey of the top 500 Real Estate brokers in the U.S. based on the total number of closed transactions in 2007.


This the second consecutive year Crye-Leike, REALTORS has landed in the Real Trends rankings at the 4th place position.  Co-Founders Harold Crye, CEO and Dick Leike, President hand much of the credit to the loyal customers and sales associates.

“We certainly believe the psychological impact of the national news reports had an impact on our sales in 2007, but in the majority of our markets homes values were either flat or slightly up which was contrary to what the media was reporting,” said Leike.  “Our 4th place ranking is a reflection of how our experienced and dedicated sales force can make things happen regardless of what’s happening nationally.”
