Since 1999 McKinney has been a licensed Realtor in Tennessee, assisting buyers and sellers in and around Williamson, Davidson, Maury and Rutherford counties.  She specializes in residential real estate sales with a focus on relocation, investment properties and luxury homes.


McKinney is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Transnational Referral Certified (TRC) and a Crye-Leike Certified Premier Property Specialist (CPPS).  She is also a recipient of Crye-Leike’s highest honor, Circle or Excellence Award, and is recognized as a Vice President in the firm for her service to the company, community and the real estate profession.
