ATHENS, TN., – Crye-Leike, REALTORS is proud to announce Rob Mynatt has joined the company in the Athens, Tennessee branch office located at 580 Congress Parkway.

Mynatt has been in the real estate business for over four years and has worked with Elite Realty and still works with Mynatt Brothers Homes.

“At my job, I’m honest, and I call it how I see it. Folks know I’m not just saying something to fluff up a sale,” Mynatt said. “I am not here to push you into a sale, and I wouldn’t be happy with myself if I did. I want to get paid, but only if my customers and clients are happy with the job I did.”

Mynatt is a licensed Broker working with buyers and sellers in and around Knox county. He specializes in relocation, new construction, Investment, and Farm and Land real estate. Mynatt is a member of the Knoxville Area Association of Realtors (KAAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

“I keep myself sharp and stay in front of any problem or situation that might arise,” Mynatt said. “In my opinion, that’s what a real estate agent is supposed to do, stay educated, do what’s right, keep your clients and customers out of trouble, and solve the problem before it ever happens.”

Mynatt lives in Knoxville and enjoys fly-fishing, cycling, and hunting in his spare time. He is a member of Fellowship Church. Mynatt also used to work as a fly-fishing guide and once used to host a radio show in Knoxville on WNOX called “This Week in Real Estate.”

“I often see myself as a coach because surprisingly there are a lot of people out there that don’t have the first clue to how real estate works, from the agent compensation to the transaction,” Mynatt said. “Its not as scary as it seems and I walk people through the process before it ever begins.”
