CHATTANOOGA, TN., – Crye-Leike, REALTORS is proud to announce that sales Associate Maggie Armstrong has obtained her Broker license in Tennessee and Georgia. She is based out of the company’s East Brainerd Branch office in Chattanooga, located at 1510 Gunbarrel Road.

“Obtaining my Broker’s license has been a tremendously beneficial experience for me to keep my business and clients out in front and on top of this ever evolving real estate market,” said Armstrong.  “From negotiating strategies and tactics to business planning, the courses required covered everything a top producing REALTOR needs to know.”

Armstrong is a licensed Realtor in Tennessee and Georgia, assisting buyers and sellers in and around Hamilton, Walker, Catoosa, Rhea, Bledsoe, McMinn and Bradley counties.

Since 2003 Armstrong has specialized in residential real estate with a focus on bed and breakfast properties, historic and older home, commercial and first time homebuyers.  She is a Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) a member of the Chattanooga Association of Realtors (CAR), the Tennessee Association of Realtors (TAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).  With CAR she has served on the Grievance Committee for three years and two years with the Public Relations Committee.

“The real estate business presents new challenges every day, whether I’m dealing with Broker issues or buying and selling,” said Armstrong.  “There is no substitute for a positive attitude and my philosophy in life as well as in business is to approach every situation with a “can do” “make it work” attitude.”

Prior to joining Crye-Leike, for nine years Armstrong owned and operated the Culpepper House Bed and Breakfast in Atlanta Georgia.
