CRYE-LEIKE, REALTORS HOLDS GRAND OPENING CEREMONIES
OOLTEWAH, TN., – Crye-Leike, REALTORS held formal Grand Opening Ceremonies for its two Ooltewah Tennessee office locations on Thursday April 3rd, 2008. The celebrations were attended by company Co-Founder and CEO Harold Crye.
The first ribbon cutting was held at 11:30am at the company’s branch sales office located at 5913 Main Street in Ooltewah. The second occurred at 1:00pm at the company’s New Home Division office location at 8121 Georgetown Road. Crye and associates also held a ceremony to officially open the company’s newest Realty Title & Escrow Branch office.
“Our new Ooltewah office location has been open since October 2007 and we’ve seen a steady growth in business and the number of sales associates joining us,” said Dan Griess, Managing Broker of the Ooltewah Sales Branch. “We currently have 19 affiliate brokers based out of the new office and we can easily accommodate as many as 60 associates.”
Griess brings to Crye-Leike more than eleven years of real estate experience. He transferred his Broker’s license to the company after a long affiliation with Prudential Real Estate. Previous to real estate Griess worked in sales and management. He and his sales team are assisting buyers and sellers in and around Hamilton, Catoosa and Bradley counties specializing in Residential Real Estate, farms and commercial.
“Ooltewah is one of the fastest growing areas in Hamilton County and there are many residential developments as well as new businesses coming online,” said Sue Fessler, Managing Broker of Crye-Leike’s New Home Division Office. “Ooltewah is perfectly positioned to benefit from the landing of a major manufacturer in the available mega-site, Enterprise South. Our offices are well positioned and staffed to offer the real estate services this growth will demand.”
With 22 licensed associates today and room to accommodate 34, Fessler’s sales team has been assisting buyers and sellers at their office location since the spring of 2007 and on-site in new construction model homes. She left Prudential Real Estate as the Number One Team of the Year in 2007, bringing with her ten years of service and sales experience to lead the Ooltewah New Home Division.
Fessler is a licensed Broker in Tennessee and Georgia assisting clients in and around Hamilton, Bradley, Catoosa and Walker counties. She and her sales team specialize in residential real estate sales, focusing on new home construction, first-time homebuyers, land development, relocation, golf course communities, lakefront properties and income properties.
