ALLYSON ROBERTS JOINS CRYE-LEIKE, REALTORS AS A NEW ASSOCIATE
SANDY SPRINGS, GA., – Crye-Leike, REALTORS is proud to announce seasoned Real Estate Sales Professional Allyson Roberts has joined the company in the Greater Atlanta Region. She brings 23 years of real estate industry experience and a rich history as a Real Estate Author, Trainer and Motivational Speaker to the Sandy Springs/Buckhead Branch Office located at 352 Sandy Springs Circle in Sandy Springs.
“I entered real estate at the very young age of 18 and saw the opportunity for unlimited income and the freedom to be my own boss,” said Allyson. “What I learned in the first few years of my career is that helping people, building relationships with them and being honest and ethical are the keys to a solid foundation.”
Allyson has a passion for helping brand new Realtors succeed and inspired her to write “So, You’re a Real Estate Agent?! Now What?!” She has also penned a children’s book “Leroy the Labrador, The Big Move!” The story is told through the eye of a dog that has to leave his home and move across town. Leroy is Allyson’s Labrador and actually saved her life a few years ago during an attempted home invasion. She had the story in process but hurried to complete it in his honor.
“Professionally and personally there is no greater reward than helping someone sell property to achieve their next goal,” said Allyson. “When working with buyers I am very realistic with them regarding home repairs, taxes and the day-to-day maintenance involved. I help them weigh and compare their current situation vs. investing in real estate.”
Allyson works with buyers and sellers in and around Fulton, Forsyth and Cobb counties. She specializes in residential real estate transactions with a focus on resale’s, new home construction, and condominiums.
Recent clients Stephen and Carla Ryans had this to share after working with Allyson on the sale of their home: “We hired Allyson after trying to sell our home ourselves and then with two different real estate agents. Allyson was very realistic with us about the current market conditions and it felt great to deal with someone so honest and very diligent in following up with other agents and prospects after showings. Our home sold with Allyson’s assistance in just 62 days.”
Allyson is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and a Certified Staging Specialist (CSS). She is a member of the North Metro Board of Realtors (NMBR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
As a trainer, Allyson stays on top of every current market trend. And while avoiding what she feels are gimmicks that come and go in the industry she does believe in improving upon her foundational skills to serve the public in the best possible capacity.
Allyson lives in Alpharetta Georgia and is committed to her clients regardless of what the market is projecting.
“By helping my clients prepare for the right time to buy and sell, it has made me come to realize that the process far outweighs the event,” said Allyson. “”Regardless of what the market is projecting, real estate is extremely satisfying and sustaining.”
