CRYE-LEIKE, REALTORS CELEBRATES ITS TOP PRODUCING SALES ASSOCIATES WITH ITS COMPANY REWARD TRIP TO CANCUN MEXICO
BRENTWOOD, TN., – Crye-Leike, REALTORS top producing Sales Associates enjoyed 3 days and 4 nights in the tropical resort paradise of Cancun Mexico in March. It’s the annual way company founders Harold Crye and Dick Leike say thanks to their top producers.
“We have been taking a company trip since we started the business 32 years ago in Memphis, and it’s something our associates work hard to make,” said Dick Leike, President & Co-Founder. “Our first trip was aboard two vans, for an overnight stay from Memphis to Hot Springs, so we’ve come a long way from those days.”
Nearly 250 associates and company executives joined in the getaway March 13 – 16 at the Fiestamericana Grand Coral Beach Resort. All the company’s regions were represented, which include: Memphis, Nashville, Chattanooga, Little Rock & Northwest Arkansas, Jackson Mississippi and Atlanta.
“Many company’s have scaled back or stopped offering a reward trip to their top producing sales associates,” said Harold Crye, CEO & Co-Founder. “We feel like as long as the company is doing well, we should share our good fortune with our sales team and celebrate our successes together.”
While in Cancun Mexico this year, associates enjoyed first class poolside, beach, dining and spa services. Beyond the resort there were exciting jungle adventures, tours of ancient Mayan ruins, downtown shopping catamaran rides, scuba diving and snorkeling. The nightlife also proved to be an adventure as associates mingled with locals and young vacationers on spring break.
Since the first annual getaway, as Crye-Leike got bigger, so did the company trip? and the destinations more exotic and exciting. In 2007 top selling associates and their spouses were invited on an extended getaway across the Atlantic to Rome Italy. In 2009 those who reach the annual sales goal will be invited to join Harold & Dick at El Conquistador Resort & Golden Door Spa in San Juan Puerto Rico.
