Crye-Leike, REALTORS Clarksville Sales Associates from the St. Bethlehem office will be wearing their "trademark red" when they help clean up Clarksville Saturday April 12, 2008

CLARKSVILLE, TN., – Crye-Leike, REALTORS is proud to announce that the Company’s St. Bethlehem Sales Associates and Employees will take part in the City of Clarksville Great American Clean Up day on Saturday April 12, 2008.  Those who volunteer will spend the day taking-up the trash along several miles of Warfield Boulevard.  Leading the effort for the company is Vice President Kay Schillo, a sales associate in the St. Bethlehem Crye-Leike branch office.

“Warfield Boulevard connects the two Crye-Leike offices in Clarksville, from the branch where I work in St. Bethlehem to our sister office on Madison St.” said Schillo.  “Warfield is a very scenic and heavily traveled road and we want to do our part to keep it looking beautiful.”

According to the planners of the Great American Cleanup in Clarksville, in 2007 more than 150-thousand volunteers spent more than 286-thousand hours towards improving the State of Tennessee.  The end result was the collection of nearly 5-million pounds of litter and debris.

“We’ve all experienced that feeling when we’re out in a park or driving down a familiar road only to be saddened by the sight of garbage,” said Schillo.  “This is just one of the many ways we call on our associates and employees to give back to the people of our community who have been so supportive and have helped our business to grow.”

“Most often a Realtor is the first person a newcomer meets when coming to the Clarksville area,” said Schillo.  “They want to know everything there is to know about the community – so we have a huge responsibility to make them feel welcome and make our city as inviting as possible.”
