“Working as the on-site sales agent gives me the opportunity to help the customer either buy one of our existing spec homes or to build them the home plan that they choose. I get to help them through their entire building process from plan and lot choice, brick and stone choice, cabinet and granite choices, paint selections, and many other things,” said Bodiford. “Universal Builders, our builder in Wright Farms, is building quality homes in an affordable market in Wilson County’s growing community that has so much to offer.”

Bodiford is a member of the Eastern Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors (EMTAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

“It is rewarding to watch someone’s excitement as their dream home comes up from foundation to completion,” Bodiford said. “At the end of the process, relationships and beautiful homes have both been built.”

Bodiford lives in Old Hickory with her husband Keith. Her husband has been an agent of the Bodiford Insurance Agency for almost 20 years. They have two children. She and her family are members of Madison Church of Christ.

She enjoys playing tennis, and watching her children play basketball, volleyball, and baseball. She also enjoys spending time with her family going out to dinner and the movie theatre.

“I love working with people,” Bodiford said. “My real estate business is about trust and building relationships with my customers to help them on their path to finding their dream home.”
