LITTLE ROCK, AR., – Crye-Leike, Realtors is proud to announce that Mark Eley has joined the company as an Executive Broker based out of the Kanis branch office located at 11600 Kanis Road.

Eley is a licensed associate in Arkansas assisting both buyers and sellers in and around Lonoke, Pulaski, and Saline counties. He specializes in residential, commercial, investment properties, first-time buyers, relocation, and new home construction real estate.

“The most important thing for me is making sure my clients get the best service possible throughout all phases of the transaction,” Eley said. “My goal with buyers is never to “just make a sale,” but is to always get them a great home for a great price with excellent resale value,”

Prior to joining Crye-Leike, Eley worked as an Applications Engineer for Orbit Valve Company and has also worked in real-estate for 13 years. He is a Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI), an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and a Certified Residential Specialist  (CRS).

Eley is a member of the Arkansas Board of Realtors (ABR), and the Little Rock Board of Realtors (LRBR). He is also a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

“The saddest thing I see in this business are the buyers’ who think they saved money purchasing a home directly from a seller, only to find out later that they paid too much for a home with poor resale value.  Nobody can protect a buyer’s interests like a Realtor,” said Eley. “Good value goes far beyond price.  Resale value also depends on the style of the home, the area, the floor plan, the lot, the traffic volume and many other things that buyers sometimes fail to consider.”

Eley lives in Little Rock and enjoys bicycling on the North Little Rock River Trail in his spare time.
