Menard is a licensed Affiliate Broker in Tennessee and Georgia and transferred his real estate licenses to Crye-Leike from Prudential Realty Center.

Since 2002, Menard has been assisting buyers and sellers in and around Hamilton, Sequatchie and Bradley counties.  He’s a residential real estate specialist with a focus on new home construction and historic homes.


Menard is a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and member of the Chattanooga Association of Realtors (CAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).


Menard lives in Dunlap Tennessee.  When he’s not assisting clients, Menard enjoys reading, cooking, travel and collecting.  He and his partner own a historic bed and breakfast and event facility, “Miners Rest”, and a guest cottage “Red Towne.”
