Sinatra is a licensed Affiliate Broker in Tennessee working with buyers and sellers in and around Davidson, Williamson and Sumner counties.  She specializes in residential real estate sales with a focus on condominiums and first-time homebuyers.


“I have always dreamed of being a Realtor,” said Sinatra.  “Finding the right home for someone or helping someone who wants to sell their home find the right buyer is like matchmaking and I enjoy listening to what people want in a home and in their life and helping make that become a reality. It is such a joyful and fulfilling experience to find the match and I look forward to the new relationships my clients and I make during the journey.”


Sinatra is a member of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors (GNAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).


“I stand out as a Realtor because of my background and my personality,” said Sinatra.  “I have my first degree in psychology and that certainly helps me to understand what my clients want and need and the kind of relationship and attention they will expect through the process. Sinatra and her husband Enzo live in Nashville and have a son Anton (28) and she’s about to become a grandmother for the first time.


“My husband and I have just relocated from New York and we have moved into a high rise in midtown,” said Sinatra.  “We have bought and sold real estate, both as investors and for our own use, and I have a deep understanding of the current market and what is and is not a good deal. I am specializing in the downtown, midtown, Gulch areas where the market is thriving and I look forward to helping as many people as possible realize their dreams of living the urban life, walking to all the great events Nashville has to offer.”


Sinatra’s favorite thing about being a Realtor is being an entrepreneur, finding people dream homes and helping dreams in real estate materialize for folks.


Prior to entering the real estate profession, Sinatra was an elementary School Principal at Rondout Valley CSD in Accord, New York.  When she’s not busy assisting clients she enjoys football, fitness, politics, hiking, nature, animals, personal discovery, decorating and de-cluttering.


“I also offer services to my clients as a professional organizer,” said Sinatra.  “I can help people organize their homes or offices and create systems to keep them organized and de-cluttered.  This skill and experience also comes in handy when I take clients to see a  home, as I can help them visualize their things inside and it’s also extremely helpful in making a home competitive in the selling marketplace.”
