Based on MLS statistics, January 1, 2007 through December 31, 2007, in Middle Tennessee the company achieved sales of more than $1.3-billion, bettering the nearest competing real estate firm in the region by more than $446-million.


“Given the direction the housing market has taken, we’re extremely pleased with the year end numbers,” said Harold Crye, Founder, President and CEO.  “We’re hoping we’ve seen the bottom here in Middle Tennessee and in 2008 we’ll experience a rebound in activity.”


Within the Greater Middle Tennessee Region in 2007, Crye-Leike, REALTORS saw in many of its markets, pockets of success, increasing sales and dominance over competitors.


?    In Williamson County in 2007, Crye-Leike, Realtors sold more homes than it’s competitors, achieving more than $309-million in sales.


?    In Maury County, MLS statistics in 2007 show the company with sales topping more than $73-million.


?    In Robertson County in 2007 Crye-Leike Sales nearly doubled it’s two closest competitors in the market, coming in at more than $36-million in sales volume for the year.


In 2008 Crye-Leike, REALTORS is projecting sales to meet or exceed $6-Billion company wide.
