Phillips works with buyers and sellers in Cleveland, Tennessee specializing in residential, commercial, and developmental real-estate.

“I started my real estate career in 1979 at the age of 23 years old and never looked back,” said Phillips.

Phillips has been in the real-estate business since 1979 and has worked with Crye-Leike for the last five years.
