Newman is a licensed Affiliate Broker in Tennessee assisting buyers and sellers in and around McMinn, Monroe and Meigs counties.  She specializes in residential real estate with a focus on investment properties, first-time homebuyers, relocation, new home construction and farm and land.


Prior to joining Crye-Leike, REALTORS, Newman worked as an Administrative Manager with Accel Color Corporation in Knoxville Tennessee and prior to that was a Loan Processor with Volunteer Federal Savings and Loan in Sweetwater Tennessee and in customer service with M.A. Hanna Color/PolyOne in Vonore Tennessee.


“For the past 15 years I have been serving customers by working to help them achieve their goals, following a successful system to identify their needs, construct a plan to meet their objectives, communicate effectively with them and ultimately to exceed their expectations,” said Newman. “I am now utilizing my experience to assist customers and clients in their real estate endeavors.”

Newman lives in Etowah Tennessee, is a lifelong resident of McMinn County and a graduate of Hiwassee College.  When she’s not busy assisting clients she enjoys cooking, spending time in the mountains, traveling and being with her family.  Newman is a member of Mars Hill United Methodist Church in Englewood Tennessee.
