BRENTWOOD, TN., – Crye-Leike, REALTORS is proud to announce that Clay Tate has joined the company as an Affiliate Broker based out of the company’s Brentwood West branch office located at 5111 Maryland Way in Brentwood Tennessee.


Tate is a licensed real estate sales associate in Tennessee assisting buyers and sellers in and around Davidson, Williamson, Rutherford, Cheatham, Wilson, Dickson and Sumner counties.  He specializes in residential real estate with a focus on new home construction, investment properties and first-time homebuyers.


“Real estate has given me the opportunity to mix my formal skills of marketing, sales and customer relations with my business experience in new home construction, housing investments and financing,” said Tate.  “I have found that my experience in these area has positioned me as a real estate professional and given me a unique ability to relate to my clients and assist them through every aspect of the buying and selling process.”


Tate is a member of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors (GNAR). Previous to joining Crye-Leike, Tate was the owner of Blue Company, Inc., and he is also fluent in German.


“Upon graduation I worked in financial sales with a major international company before transitioning into a warranty management position with a very successful local home builder,” said Tate.  “I have also owned and operated my own construction company, so I understand the importance of serving and meeting the needs and desires of my clients.”


Tate is the 2004 recipient of the Michael Mays Leadership Award from Lipscomb University Men’s Basketball and in 2006 was a Facilitator/Educator with the International Leadership Development Institute.  He is an active member of the Bethel World Outreach Center in Brentwood.


When he’s not busy assisting clients Tate enjoys playing basketball and football along with camping, hiking and working out.
