CRYE-LEIKE, REALTORS GALLATIN MANAGING BROKER EARNS CIRCLE OF EXCELLENCE

GALLATIN, TN., Crye-Leike REALTORS Gallatin Branch Managing Broker, Marilyn White, ABR, GRI, CRS, e-PRO considers her career in real estate a calling.  That calling has led to White being recognized among a chosen few for her outstanding service and professional development as a 2008 inductee into the company’s Diamond Circle of Excellence.  Along with the honor, White now holds the title of Vice President.

“I was really surprised when my husband joined me onstage to pin me,” said White.  “He had kept it a secret for a week that I had won the award.”

White was among eight individuals honored with the company’s most prestigious award at the Crye-Leike Nashville Region 2008 Kick-Off Meeting held on Tuesday January 15th 2008 at the Nashville Airport Marriott Conference Center.

Crye-Leike’s Circle of Excellence, founded in 1987, is one of the highest levels of professional and personal achievement in the real estate industry. Sales Associates who are welcomed annually into Crye-Leike’s elite Circle of Excellence are awarded the honorary title, Vice President of Crye-Leike.

“It is an honor to have the title of Vice President for the 4th largest real estate company in the nation,” said White

In order to receive the Circle of Excellence honor, White had to meet stringent requirements of the program, showing exemplary performance in the areas of advanced professionalism, ethics, loyalty, financial success and service to the community and real estate profession.

For White, her recognition is a time to reflect on her accomplishments and reach out to those considering buying, selling or launching their own career in real estate.

“I chose this career because I like helping people,” says White.  “Before getting my real estate license I had to do my own research when I bought some land and built a house and was told I didn’t need a fresh survey.”

“I bought a large tract and sold off two parcels and when I had it surveyed again for that I found out that one half acre was not there due to the rolling hills,” said White.  “I wanted to represent my friends and neighbors better than that.”

While the national news media is painting a picture of gloom and doom for the U.S. housing industry, White sees only opportunity.

“NOw is a great time to buy with interest rates dropping to under six percent and plenty of inventory in all price ranges,” said White.  “As a career choice, Crye-Leike has so much to offer with triple the training, marketing and support.”

For anyone who may want to learn more about a career in real estate, White’s Crye-Leike office in Gallatin is hosting a Career Night Thursday February 7th at 7:00pm at the branch office located at 1184 Nashville Pike.

White has been an associate with Crye-Leike for seven years.  She serves on the Board of Directors of the Hendersonville Chamber of Commerce, and in 2004 & 2005 she was the Chairperson for the Home and Garden Show. She was a Charter Board Member of the Lakeside Rotary Club and a current member of the Gallatin Rotary & Chamber. Since 2007 a Life Member of the Crye-Leike Multi Million Dollar Club.

As a licensed real estate agent in Tennessee since 2001, White works with both buyers and sellers, primarily in Sumner, Wilson, Davidson and Robertson counties.  She specializes in residential sales with an emphasis on relocation and new home construction.

White is a member of the Sumner Association of Realtors (SAR), the Tennessee Association of Realtors (TAR) and the National Association of Realtors.  She is an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), a Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Certified Internet Professional (e-PRO).
