SMYRNA, TN., – Crye-Leike, Realtors is proud to announce that Carol Tokas has joined the company as an Affiliate Broker based out of the Smyrna Tennessee Branch Office located at 599 Sam Ridley Parkway, West in Smyrna.

“Experience you can count on has been my motto for years and I truly believe that if a Realtor follows the Golden Rule and truly puts clients first they will succeed,” said Tokas.  “I put myself in the client’s shoes and diligently work each transaction with service and communication to ensure it’s a win for all parties.”

Tokas is now a licensed associate in Tennessee working with buyers and sellers in and around Rutherford and Davidson counties.  She specializes primarily in residential real estate with a focus on 55-and-over communities, first-time homebuyers, relocation, new home construction, condominiums and town homes.  Tokas is a member of the Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors (MTAR), the Tennessee Association of Realtors (TAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

“After transactions have successfully closed, clients have given me referrals over the years and I stay in touch with them as well as reaching out to new potential buyers and sellers,” said Tokas.  “To keep up with changing market conditions, I believe that continuing education and information technology is necessary to keep our clients abreast of what’s happening that will impact them.”

Community involvement is important to Tokas who has been active with the Oakmont Kiwanis Club on many committees, as well as serving as pianist, in Santa Rosa California.  She also served as a Chairperson with the Carlsbad California Chamber of Commerce and Committee Chairperson of the United Methodist Church in Santa Rosa, California.

When she?s not assisting clients, Tokas enjoys playing the piano and gardening.  She has been recognized for excellence in both areas.  In Bowling Green Kentucky she served as the President, an Officer and Committee Chairperson of The Garden Club of Kentucky, Inc.  She became an Accredited National Flower Show Judge and Accredited Daffodil Society Judge in Kentucky where she hybridized daffodils.  In 1971 she was recognized as The Garden Club of Kentucky’s Flower Arranger of the Year.  In 1974 she was selected as a Guest Pianist with Western Kentucky University’s Symphony Orchestra and won the Bowling Green Music Club’s Award during competition.
