Penland is a licensed associate in Tennessee and Georgia working with buyers and sellers in and around Hamilton, Walker and Catoosa counties and the North Georgia region.  She specializes primarily in residential real estate with a focus on new home construction.   Penland is a member of the Chattanooga Association of Realtors (CAR), the Tennessee Association of Realtors (TAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).


Penland lives in Ringgold Georgia with her husband Trae and son Daulton (12) and daughter Traevin (6).  When she’s not busy assisting her clients she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, camping and golfing.  Prior to joining Crye-Leike, Realtors, Penland was employed for eight years by the Penland Guttering Company.
