CHATANOOGA, TN., – Crye-Leike, Realtors is proud to announce that in 2007 the Chattanooga Region achieved the most closed transactions with 2,665, and a sales volume of more than $450-million.  The number of closed transactions represents 18.28% of all properties bought and sold in the Tennessee Valley and North Georgia areas for 2007 by the Chattanooga Association of Realtors MLS.


For the year ending 2007, the company’s individual transactions of homes bought and sold bettered its closest competitor by more than 400 units.

In addition to being #1 in 2007 for the number of units bought and sold, for the past five consecutive months the company has also achieved the #1 ranking for sales volume. 2008 represents Crye-Leike’s 10th year anniversary in the Greater Chattanooga region.
