BENTONVILLE, AR., – Crye-Leike, Realtors is proud to announce that Mike Maxwell has joined the company as a Sales Associate based out of the Bentonville Arkansas branch office located at 101 NE 3rd.

Maxwell is a licensed associate in Arkansas working with buyers and sellers in and around Benton, Washington and Sebastian counties.  He specializes primarily in residential real estate with a focus on investment properties and first time homebuyers.

“It’s great to help new home buyers learn about financing and their options,” said Maxwell “It’s even better to be able to help them into a house with little or no money down. I also enjoy helping investors gain assets for their portfolios”

In 2004 Maxwell launched Maxwell Construction Company.  He is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

“I have a lot of experience with rentals and investment properties and I can tell you which ones are good and bad investments,” said Maxwell.  “I have been a builder for the last three years and understand what it takes to make a sound house. I know what we are looking at as far as repair costs and I know what to avoid in a structure.”

Maxwell lives in Bentonville with his wife (Amanda) and has three children: Stephanie (15), Nathan (14) and Linda (11).  In his free time he enjoys 4-wheelers, hunting and mechanics.
