CLEVELAND, TN., – Crye-Leike, Realtors congratulates Broker Larry Allen on his selection as Realtor of the Year by the River Counties Association of Realtors (RCAR).  The esteem honor is recognition for his many years of service to the association.

Allen is a Broker with Crye-Leike, Realtors based out of the company’s Cleveland Tennessee Branch office located at 4627 North Lee Highway.  He serves clients in Bradley, Polk, McMinn, Meigs and Hamilton counties.


Since 1987 Allen has been serving the needs of buyer and sellers.  Known as The Allen Team, he specializes in residential real estate with a focus on commercial, investment properties, relocation, new home construction, farm & land and development.

Allen is a member of the River Counties Association of Realtors (RCAR), the Chattanooga Association of Realtors (CAR), the Tennessee Association of Realtors (TAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). He is among a handful of associates qualified as a Certified Residential specialist (CRS).


In the RCAR, Allen has servied for four years as the Director of the Association and on several committees including: Contracts, Professional Standards and Real Estate Review.

“I should hasten to say that my wife Judy has served silently alongside me all these many years,” said Allen “She has helped to fulfill the needs of our customers and clients at numerous times when I was tending to my responsibilities serving the RCAR.”
